Trendz Fashion Limited, a leading multinational trading company in Bangladesh, serving top global brands in Outerwear, Swim shorts, and other categories, is seeking a dynamic young talent to join our R&D Department as a Fashion Designer and play a key role in driving innovation and product development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze market trends, brand positioning, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities

• Collaborate with Marketing/Quality & Sample room teams to develop innovative seasonal product offerings

• Research and recommend new materials, prints, and embellishments aligned with customer needs

• Assist in presentations showcasing design capabilities and market intelligence

• Support raw material sourcing and development while ensuring technical feasibility

• Conduct sample testing to optimize material performance and production feasibility

• Develop tech packs, sketches, and digital product visualizations using design tools like Brow wear, Clo 3D, Beyond XR

• Coordinate with merchandising and technical teams to align on design execution

• Ensure effective garment construction methods to meet brand aesthetics and functional needs

• Track fit sessions, analyze feedback, and maintain accurate design documentation

• Prepare samples, storyboards, and presentations for customer showcases

• Maintain and update all relevant design documentation for seamless product development
