• Only Strong knowledge of AQL, inline/final inspection systems

• Expertise in root cause analysis & CAPA

• Leadership and team development capability

• Skills & Expertise: Retail Brand (Aarong, Sailor, Twelve, Gentile Park, Illiyeen, Yellow etc.)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills males are allowed to apply

Key Skills Required:

• Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric, and accessories.

• Proficiency in AQL standards and statistical quality control.

• Proficiency about 100% garments check system.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with CAD/technical specifications.

• Work With lean management & Six Sigma.

• Deep knowledge about 5s, 7s, TLS System.

• Well knowledge about modern quality concept.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Quality Planning & Compliance: Develop and implement quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with buyer standards and international requirements.

• Production Monitoring: Oversee quality at every stage—from raw material inspection, fabric testing (shrinkage, colorfastness), to in-line sewing, finishing, and packaging.

• Sample Approval: Evaluate proto, fit, and Pre-Production (PP) samples to ensure they are production-friendly and meet technical specifications.

• Inspection & Testing: Lead the QC team in conducting in-line, end-line, and final random inspections (FRI).

• Defect Analysis & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues (e.g., fabric defects, sewing errors) and implement corrective actions.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed quality records, inspect checklists, and prepare reports for top management.

• Training & Team Management: Train and mentor quality personnel on QC techniques, measurements, and inspection standards.

• Any other task by the Management.
