Job Context:
∎ LCW procedure to be followed in the factories effectively and efficiently to ensure the quality as per global standard.
∎ Follow up and help to conduct WQMS, (Systems), audit to increase factory quality performance through implementing correct systems and processes in all factory departments to achieve LCW Bangladesh KPI.
∎ Train and develop all WQMS nominated factory specialists to follow their job descriptions and to meet LCW training targets to achieve factory Quality performance targets.
∎ Monitor and maintain records and documentation; keep up to date and on time following WQMS training and development deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop WQMS Team with continuous support to ensure their targets are achieved and on time to achieve KPI targets.
∎ Develop, train and support LCW WQMS Auditors to conduct WQMS factory audits, (factory WQMS Specialists), to increase quality standards in factories to maintain LCW KPI.
∎ Develop, train and support WQMS Trainers to prepare presentations and training workshops for all LCW Memorandum and procedures.
∎ Contact and set date and time for owner and factory for follow up meeting, to hold CAP meeting and set action plan with factory to revisit for follow up audit.
∎ WQMS Specialists continuous support to develop and ensure.
∎ Weekly meetings with WQMS Specialists from factories by group and follow up and send replies to their daily checklist reports.
∎ Training and development of new WQMS Specialists and current WQMS Specialists as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Fluent spoken and written English
∎ Having significant experience in Buying Management roles
∎ Good communication skills with internal and external customers
∎ Required to have a disciplined approach to process controls
∎ Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated.
