Strong understanding of QMS, ERP systems, production planning, and cost control.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Compliance, and SCM teams.
Sound knowledge of audit preparation, material flow, and inventory utilization.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods as per production plan.
Maintain quality standards through QMS and oversee bulk approvals.
Minimize process loss, cost per minute (CPM), and machine downtime.
Coordinate with supply chain, QA, and production teams for smooth workflow.
Supervise packing accuracy, order closing, and material utilization.
Implement 5S/6S, ensure ERP data accuracy, and support lean initiatives.
Enforce discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor.
Train and develop floor staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
