Strong expertise in pattern making for Wovens (Men’s & Ladieswear) across categories like shirts, tops, dresses, bottoms, Jackets etc.
Ability to interpret and analyze Tech Packs, including garment construction, measurements, grading specs, and buyer comments.
Develop accurate base patterns, graded patterns, and production-ready patterns as per buyer requirements.
Calculate fabric consumption (YYs), trims consumption, and costing inputs based on patterns and markers.
Create proto, fit, and pre-production samples from Tech Packs and pattern blocks.
Conduct fit analysis, identify corrections, and implement pattern adjustments for approval.
Coordinate directly with buyers/technical teams to ensure smooth fit approvals and technical clarity.
Proficient in CAD software such as Gerber AccuMark
