• Age At least 25 years

• Candidate should possess strong experience in Design, Product Development, and Business Development for Woven garments with a proven track record of developing and growing international business.
• Must have strong exposure to Design Development, Seasonal Trend Forecasting, Range Building, and Product Presentations for global customers.
• Should be capable of creating strong seasonal collections and innovative design ranges aligned with current market trends and buyer requirements.
• Ability to identify, approach, and develop new markets, buyers, and sourcing opportunities independently.
• Must be well versed in development of value-added woven products to strategically shift business from China, Vietnam, and other Far East countries to Bangladesh.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, washes, embellishments, trims, garment construction, and commercial product development is essential.
• Should have excellent product vision with the capability to drive fashion-forward and commercially viable developments.
• Candidate should have strong design sensibility with the ability to convert market trends and inspirations into commercially successful collections.
• Must possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Well connected with fabric mills, washing units, trim suppliers, and manufacturing bases across Bangladesh, India, China, and other sourcing regions.
• A highly proactive, result-oriented, and business-driven approach towards expansion, buyer development, and customer acquisition is essential.
