∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ 1 Communication with internal and external team
∎ 2 Development Progress Chart, Buyer progress Chart
∎ 3 Working for sampling & trims approval process
∎ 4 Buying sample submission and arrange styling and trims approval comments
∎ 5 Review monthly trend book & color palette
∎ 6 Fabric sourcing based on mode book & send designer for selection
∎ 7 Sharing sample requisition in ERP & getting sewing and sample submission plan
∎ 8 Selected fabric booking & arrange on time inhouse to secure range build
∎ 9 Follow-up for tech pack with designer based on fabric sourcing according to T&A
∎ 10 Sourcing trims as per design pack
∎ 11 Review Design pack with Technical team
∎ 12 Review sample with relevant team before dispatch to customer
∎ 13 Sample submission for selection meeting
∎ 14 Fabric quality hanger submission and approval
∎ 15 Doing costing with factory & cost confirmation from buyer
∎ 16 OCS approval, Preparing File
∎ 17 Risk Assessment meeting
∎ 18 Getting sample, strike off & trims approval from customer
∎ 19 Sales review meeting & action plan
∎ 20 Production Planner
∎ 21 Fabric Backing as per Planner
∎ 22 Capacity Allocation with Planning Team
∎ 23 Delivery Quotation with NUK & FTY
∎ 24 New PCCR Sent to FTY with Agreed CP
∎ 25 CP Tracking With FTY
∎ 26 Sample Follow Up with Fty and DSL Team
∎ 27 Shipment Follow Up With FTY
∎ 28 Checking DSL System (Exception Dashboard)
∎ 29 Issue solving
∎ 30 Update Shipment Forecast
∎ 31 Mail Communication with BO & FTY
∎ 32 Production Progress with Factory, DSL Team, Buyer
∎ 33 Share Exception Chart with GT & FT(DSL)
∎ 34 Share Shipment Forecast with QA Team
∎ 35 PI & PO Raised on System
∎ 36 Any kind of instruction from our higher management
