∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Manufacturing, Marketing, Merchandising, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate with Fabric & RM/trim suppliers to ensure in-house all the stuff as per submission T&A for the following samples.
∎ Development-1/Buying Sample
∎ Physical development-2
∎ FIT Sample
∎ Campaign Sample
∎ Contract Seal sample
∎ COM & Marketing sample from the production
∎ Showroom/Shipment sample from production & test report from 3rd party as mandatory requirement for showroom sample approval.
∎ Work with physical stuff to develop local trims and packaging items to make sure approval from buyer following set process.
∎ Place bulk order to supplier and make ensure to in house all the goods on/before PCD date.
∎ Make Production file & Arrange Trims card approval to conduct PPM.
∎ Update/upload the data and documents in the Internal & External Software as follows:
∎ PLM-Update Transit modularity & BOM, upload all the docs like Test reports for fabric & Trims, Data sheet, Certificates.
∎ EDITRACK- Download all the POs, and update the BPM for OTCL/CTN sticker.
∎ Care label & packaging booking through supplier portal from PAXER, SML & ITL
∎ Kandaree for the internal payment system and Goods Receive Note.
∎ Conduct CP meetings with customers & shipment follow-up weekly.
∎ Day-to-day merchandising and collaboration with planning and production.
