∎ Age 30 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ *Experienced in T-shirt production with large volumes for at least 3-5 years experience in a multinational setting.
∎ *Demonstrated competence in quality assurance and quality control system for large scale T-shirt manufacturer.
∎ *Experience working in 100% foreign owned T-shirt manufacturer handling foreign buyer quality inspectors and experience in handling global brands such as GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Uniqlo, Ann Taylor, JJill, A&F, etc.
∎ *Pro-actively assist in the operational activities in production follow-up, fabric development, sample development, etc.
∎ *Effective communication and coordination of product requirements to all concerned departments/sections.
∎ *Complete the necessary documentation, filing and reportorial requirements in a timely basis.
∎ *Review and follow up QC files and other documentation per buyer per style. Ensure completeness of style QC documentation at all times.
∎ *Initiate to identify quality defects from production processes following buyer requirements on styling, hand-feel, folding, packing, etc.
∎ *Assist in any merchandising activities
