Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist senior merchandiser in daily order follow-up and coordination.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments for sample and material status.
- Support in preparing price quotations, costing sheets, and order details.
- Update and maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars and ensure tasks are on track.
- Follow up on sample development, fabric/trims booking, and approval processes.
- Maintain buyer files with all correspondence, approvals, and shipment records.
- Support in ensuring on-time shipment and smooth execution of orders.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams for production updates and issue resolutions.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management as required.
