Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
∎ Graduates from BUTEX, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and universities of similar grade/standard will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with production & Planning Dept. of Textile & Garments to ensure smooth supply chain for accessories, fabric, trims, print, AOP, embellishment and timely production and final inspection & delivery.
∎ Quotation and Development.
∎ Understand CAD Marker & Marker efficiency.
∎ Co-ordination with all dept. to know the work procedures of the company.
∎ Make sample & quote price by given deadline.
∎ Follow the SOP of Company to make the booking for sample fabric of each development.
∎ Ensure the on- time sample fabric to Sample room for smooth support to TCHIBO, Sainsbury's & H&M Buyer.
∎ Must be familiar in working in ERP and make the sample fabric booking accordingly.
∎ Follow up the sampling and testing from the testing organizations including BV, ITS & SGS.
∎ Follow up all activities through ERP and work accordingly.
∎ Ensure timely booking of fabric, accessories etc.
∎ Confirmed orders to be handover to the production team clearly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Should have experience in Merchandising, full sample development from yarn sourcing, fabrics making & sample making.
∎ Should have experience in working in a reputed Knit Composite Factory and capable of handling buyers.
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in ERP Software.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in CAD Marker, knitting, dyeing etc.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
