Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure error-free Production Tech Pack (PTP), order sheets as per production plan.
∎ Communicate with different departments for requisition placement
∎ Negotiate and fix costs for products as per requirements
∎ Follow-up for items such as: trims, accessories, and consumption and prepare consumption plan of garments
∎ Visit the manufacturing/production units as per requirement
∎ Monitor and follow up the production and on-time product receiving with the required quality
∎ Prepare various types of reports whenever required and assist the team leader to prepare the producer capacity and annual production plan
∎ Conduct tasks such as: re-costing, QC, delivery schedule, non-approved sample order, etc.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders for order-related matters and resolve relevant issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role
∎ Post-graduate diploma/Certified courses in Apparel merchandising are preferable
∎ Knowledge of consumption planning and products
∎ Ability to calculate basic product costs
∎ Expertise in producer, supplier, and buyer management
∎ Good communication, problem solving and report writing skills
