∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities
∎ Design, develop and execute development task
∎ Explore new technologies
∎ Perform training and support work whenever needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in Java Spring framework
∎ Knowledge on RDBMS
∎ Strong knowledge of software life cycle
∎ Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
∎ Exceptional communication and reporting skills
