• 3+ year experience as a Medical Representative (Dermatology/Cosmetic sector will get priority).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and client wellness.

• Ability to work in a target-driven, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote our dermatological and aesthetic services to individual clients, physicians, hospital, clinics, beauty advisors, salons, and wellness partners.

• Educate potential clients about advanced treatments such as laser therapy, pigmentation solutions, melasma and acne care, anti-aging programs, and device-based skin rejuvenation.

• Generate qualified leads through direct visits, referrals, digital channels, and local market intelligence.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting consultations into bookings and packages.

• Strategically build partnerships with dermatologists, GPs, skin influencers, clinics, and cosmetic stores for patient referrals and brand visibility.

• Organize and execute outreach campaigns, health talks, beauty awareness events, skin checkup camps, and digital promotions to drive traffic and engagement.

• Track, analyze, and report market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

• Develop and maintain a client pipeline using CRM or lead tracking tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by acting as a trusted liaison between clients and dermatology experts.

• Support promotional activities in clinics and events, and provide product/service knowledge during client interactions.

• Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to plan result-driven promotional campaigns and client nurturing efforts.
