Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support for smooth implementation of the project at community as well as facility level.
∎ Support the field and center teams with appropriate intervention through exploring priorities and needs of the community, set performance target and monitor the achievements.
∎ Monitor performance and provide supportive supervision of the Midwives and Urban Birth Attendants (UBA) to improve capacity and competency through mentoring, coaching and on-the-job training.
∎ Analyze maternal, neonatal and child death verbal autopsy data to keep track of the progress and find out gap to take necessary steps for improvement.
∎ Review and develop guidelines, manuals, training modules, tools, BCC materials etc.
∎ Guide staff in preparing work plans (roaster), reports and requisitions accordingly.
∎ Maintain financial integrity through ensuring accountability, transparency and consistency in financial proceedings at BMCs.
∎ Prepare timely quality reports on programme performance.

∎ Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders or partners, e.g. other programmes of BRAC, MOH&FW, DGFP, City Corporation, other NGOs and Hospitals.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Sound Knowledge in public health field
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bangla
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Excellent interpersonal communications skills
∎ Data analysis

∎ Supervisory capacity
