Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any reputed Public or Private Medical College.
∎ Must have experience in claim processing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Justify, scrutinize & finalize the claims.
∎ Investigation of suspected counterfeit claims.
∎ Creating insurance awareness & explain the benefits & exclusions through multimedia presentation in various organizations.
∎ Replying related query of clients of different organizations. Maintain a good relationship with and presenting a professional image of the Company to customers (Organizations & Hospitals) and providing them with the required information & solving their problems on urgent basis.
∎ Help facilitate/mitigate any difficult situation arising out of Customer dissatisfaction. High value communication skill to make people motivated.
∎ Lead the claim team in implementing claim settlement & hospitalization service in ways that deliver desired results in time and with quality.
∎ Ensure that the claim team at all levels is motivated and develop among them, a sense of commitment and ownership for Guardian Life's mission & vision.
∎ Visit to the Hospitals to build up of healthy relationship & creating awareness against Insurance limit misuse.
∎ Proficiency in English both speaking and writing with standard typing speed in both Bangla & English.
∎ Strong organization and planning skills
∎ Ability to maintain schedules and commitments under pressure
∎ Enthusiastic in completing any task assigned by Head of the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
