Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET/RUET/KUET/CUET or any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Maintenance, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & monitor the engineering activities throughout the factory.
∎ Drive business excellence to create appropriate systems and install appropriate IT tools and processes for people productivity.
∎ Plan and organize activities schedule.
∎ Ensuring the standard & specification
∎ Train & motivate the maintenance team to ensure schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance, opportunity maintenance and shutdown maintenance for all equipment’s and machinery.
∎ Ensure random inspection of all Machinery and equipment’s e.g. Film Making Machine, Printing Machine, Machinery and equipment’s, air compressors, pump motors, water softener plant etc.
∎ Responsible for all scheduled maintenance timely prepared and timely done
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command on Mechanical Maintenance
∎ Good knowledge on mechanical & electrical spare parts.
Salary: Negotiable
