Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), spinning operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Carry out schedule/ preventive maintenance of electrical & electro-mechanical textile (Dyeing & Spinning) machineries inside the factory including Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Yarn condition plant ,Heat setting ,Cooling Tower Machinery ,Load management , Temperature humility control , Utility machinery, Sub Station and other equipment for proper functioning by providing right direction as well as to develop a good maintenance workforce.
∎ • Overall responsibility of Utility department of entire plant.
∎ • Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ • Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ • Organize and prepare factory for facing different audits along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ • Reducing breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
∎ • Preparing budget for maintenance and proposal as per requirement.
∎ • Making sure spares, maintenance tools, stores and equipment requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
∎ • Follow-up with the purchase dept for availing required items on time and control maintenance costs.
∎ • Audit daily maintenance activities like machine cleaning, Duct line water cleaning, lubricating performed by mechanics.
∎ • Prepare/verify inventory of all equipment, attachments, folders, spare parts, etc. Implement a system to maintain these records
∎ • Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for production at all times
∎ • Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals.
∎ • To perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department/ higher authority.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have knowledge on required field.
