Educational Requirements:
∎ With education background of feed processing technology/engineering/mechanics from reputed colleges or universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-
∎ Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance so that they can contribute for presentation.
∎ To ensure that all machines are in good condition in the lines.
∎ Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.
∎ To ensure that all machines have required machine oils.
∎ To repair machines in the shortest possible time, in case of any break down of machines during production
∎ To take care of feed mill project and machine/parts sales in Bangladesh, and maintain customer relationship.
∎ Have profound understanding to local feed processing technologies, industrial standards and productive specifications. Be able to negotiate with, and provide suggestions to, feed mill customers regarding process flow, equipment configuration, performance improvement and maintenance.
∎ Make proactive visits to local feed mills at frequency around 20 times per month. Collect market information and conduct analysis timely.
∎ Work with Chinese colleagues with good team spirit and teamwork efficiency.
∎ Have close connection to local feed mills (good reference to minimum 10 feed plant mangers/directors).
∎ Attend sales meetings, make quarterly sales plans and fulfill accordingly.
∎ Complete sales reports to Chinese management as per given templates on weekly basis.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Feed machinery sector, or Feed mill production management.
∎ Fluent English speaking skills.
∎ Good skills in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD systems.
∎ Must be competent enough to work independently.
∎ Sound knowledge in industrial safety rules and standard.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable basic salary + sales bonus calculated according to obtained orders.A Competitive Salary is offered to the right candidate.
