∎ Age 30 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A person with the knowledge of providing technical support. Having advance level understanding of operating and fixing complex issues of machines.
∎ Having to inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
∎ Mainly Automatic Button Indexer, Full Automatic Pocket Setter and Accurate Buttonhole Alignment machines used in the RMG factory.
∎ Carry out regular preventative maintenance on machines.
∎ Work out methods to solve troubleshooting issues and enhance work flow with the integration of maximum output of machines.
∎ Fixing minor and major machine breakdowns, without hampering process flow.
∎ Having the ability to install and monitor the performance of RMG related machines.
∎ Carry out reporting tasks of analyzing the performance of machines and develop ways of withholding the perishing of machine parts, caused by continuous usage.
∎ Having the capacity of planning, implementing and sustaining maintenance management system.
∎ Carry out tasks for continuous improvement and development of employee and their integration with robust factory machines.
∎ Assist Managers and Staff to perform to the optimum level using advanced technology.
