Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a competent Industrial Engineer for our LEED certified factory Evitex Dress Shirt Ltd to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the effective utilization of resources, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.
- Design workflows and layouts to minimize production time and costs.
- Coordinate with the production team to develop schedules and optimize resources.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify and eliminate waste.
- Propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce production costs.
- Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control systems.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor production trends and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure that production processes comply with safety regulations.
- Develop safety protocols and provide training to employees.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of required materials and tools.
- Explore and integrate eco-friendly manufacturing practices.
- Advocate for energy-efficient technologies and materials
