∎ Knowledge about sewing machine circuit board repairing procedure·
∎ Should have leadership capability to lead a team in efficient manner·
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills·
∎ Ability to work independently in a high volume work.
∎ Ability to work with a highly diversified work force.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all machineries.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for scheduled machines maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance, rout cause analysis etc.
∎ To monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of Cutting, Sewing, Auxiliary machines.
∎ To develop work aid based on the needs of IE department and supports in achieving rapid style changeover.
∎ To participate in PP meeting to find machine technical issues as well as to review available resources slots·
∎ To communicate regularly with all maintenance Team, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
∎ To communicate with the suppliers for rent machines and spare as and when required basis.
∎ To conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
∎ Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all machines of factory.Able to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
