Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Officer (M.O) to help, drive company sales in the growing LPG and consumer market.
∎ To ensure success as a sales and Marketing Officer (M.O), he should have a strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting distributor and retailer points on a daily basis to build relationships and ensure the company's sales and provide customer support.
∎ Conducting regular market visits to check market coverage and competitor's activities.
∎ Achieving Pack-size wise sales target on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Expanding business by creating a strong distribution channel & maintaining relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
∎ Planning, developing & implementing effective sales strategies for the territory.
∎ Cross-functional coordination.
∎ Monitor the performance of the distributor/dealer on a daily basis.
∎ Collecting orders from the market and placing them to assigned distributors and ensuring product delivery.
∎ Finding out market gaps, appointing and evaluating the performance of distributors, and ensuring compliance and safety standards.
∎ Assisting line manager to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
∎ Identifying and solving market-related problems proactively.
∎ Ensuring product display and merchandising in assigned territory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the relevant consumers industry or in the LPG industry.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure & travel extensively
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, and presentation skills.
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working & willing to work under pressure.
