• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

• Only Male

• Daily test (Physical, Chemical & Instrumental).
• Control process parameter (ISO 9001 & 14001, BSTI, BDS EN 197-1:2010)
• Physical test (Blaine, Residue, Setting time, Soundness, Consistency, Compressive strength, Bulk density, Size analysis).
• Chemical test (Full analysis of Raw Materials, Finished and delivery product).
• Chemical reagent solution preparation for analysis.
• Concrete cylinder & Mortar cube preparing, striping, curing, and compression testing (EN, ASTM).
• Operate comprehensive testing machine. 
• Operate XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence).
• Raw materials and product sampling, chemical sample preparation and size analysis of Raw materials as per vessel.
• Moisture test (Finished product, Slag, Limestone, Gypsum, Coal, Fly Ash).
• Distilled water preparation and maintenance for laboratory and production.
• Water test (Salinity, PH, TDS, TH, Fe) of water treatment plant.
• Control laboratory temperature (BDS EN & ASTM).
• Bag sample preparation and sending to market, BSTI & BUET.
• Analytical report preparation & sending to HOD.
• Periodic calibration of testing equipment (Blaine apparatus, Electric balance, Oven, Thermometer, TDS Meter, pH Meter).
• Perform duties with safety in the workplace.
• Communicate with CCR to maintain quality of cement.
• Maintain all laboratory document.
• Shift in-charge (Co-operate subordinate).  
• Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel).
