Experience:
Identify and develop new buyers, brands, and garment factories for accessories (labels, tags, trims, packaging, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular client visits to understand new projects, requirements, and upcoming orders.
Manage customer inquiries, provide samples, and coordinate price quotations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures in the accessories industry.
Recommend new product opportunities based on market needs.
Support strategic planning to increase sales volume and expand market reach.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Communicate with internal teams regarding order confirmation, delivery lead time, and production status.
Follow up on orders from inquiry to shipment to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, order tracking, and client communication logs.
Coordinate with the product development/sample team for new designs, artworks, and prototypes.
Ensure samples meet buyer specifications before submission.
Provide technical details and cost information to clients.
Prepare price quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profit margins.
Monitor raw material costs and suggest adjustments as needed.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and buyer‐seller meetings.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sample kits for clients.
Promote new products and innovations to potential buyers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present to management.
Maintain updated customer databases, order pipelines, and market intelligence files.
Ensure proper documentation of client communications and order follow-ups.
Work closely with production, QA, supply chain, and logistics teams.
Resolve any quality or delivery issues raised by customers.
Ensure smooth communication across departments for on‐time delivery.
