Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for international student enrollment and overseas employment recruitment.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter to boost brand engagement and conversions. Launch and monitor high-ROI campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Generation: Design and manage lead capture funnels using landing pages, forms, chatbots, and automation workflows.
  • SEO/SEM & CRM & Email Marketing: Drive website traffic by optimizing for search engines and managing paid search campaigns. Use CRM tools to manage contacts and automate lead nurturing via email marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Stay current with global education, migration, and job market trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Brand Consistency & Compliance: Maintain brand standards and ensure that all digital marketing practices are compliant with ethical and industry guidelines
