Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, departments, and specializations.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the hospital's brand image across all media and communication platforms.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, website updates, and online reputation management to improve digital presence and patient engagement.
Patient Outreach & Retention:
Design programs to attract new patients and build loyalty among existing patients through education, communication, and relationship management.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and patient needs to shape marketing plans accordingly.
Media and Public Relations:
Coordinate with media outlets, prepare press releases, and organize health awareness programs, events, and press conferences.
Advertising and Promotional Activities:
Plan and manage advertising budgets, vendor relationships, and promotional materials including brochures, banners, and digital creatives.
Collaboration with Clinical Teams:
Work closely with doctors, department heads, and administrative teams to promote new treatments, services, and success stories.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyze KPIs, and report ROI to hospital management regularly.
Corporate & Community Engagement:
Build relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and community organizations to increase referrals and partnerships.
Crisis Communication Management:
Develop and execute communication strategies during crises or sensitive healthcare issues.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide the marketing team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
