ক্যান্ডিডেট কে অবশ্যই এর আগে কোন সেলস টিমের লিডার হিসাবে কাজ করেছে, এমন অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে ও গুগুল শীটের কাজে এক্সপার্ট হতে হবে

• Lead and supervise the entire Telesales & sales team (ASM, SR) across all regions.

• Ensure achievement of both primary and secondary sales targets.

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

• Evaluate team performance and provide necessary training and motivation.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

• Prepare and submit regular reports, sales analyses, and market-related information to management.

• Ensure revenue growth and further strengthen the brand’s position in the market.
