Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting and processing journal entries to ensure business transactions are recorded.
∎ Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
∎ Build relationships with internal teams, developing an understanding of the products and services we offer, along with how they are designed to meet the needs of our customers.
∎ Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
∎ Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
∎ Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
∎ Collects payment from our customers.
∎ Managing the banking accounts of office.
∎ Any other reasonable duties required.
