∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed University.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ 1-2 Years Experience of Sales in Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals or any other Relevant Fields.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills with a passion for sales and customer care.
∎ Channel Partner Management Skills in Plus.
∎ Proven target record in sales.
∎ The ability and desire to sell and achieve target.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establishing & maintaining new business through onboarding channel partners.
∎ Managing channel partners and assisting them to convert clients.
∎ Generating new business by identifying and creating new clients.
∎ Visiting doctors & healthcare professionals to promote company services and generate leads.
∎ Willing to work in the field and be capable of organizing sales promotion activities.
∎ Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
∎ Understand patient needs and serve patient with necessary information for best treatment decision.
∎ Monitor entire patient treatment journey, from flying out to the treatment and patient return.
∎ Follow up with patient up to 6 months upon returning from international treatment destination.
∎ Should meet quarterly KPI of patient conversion and take up added responsibilities if required.
