Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect all the leads and corporate information before calling them
∎ Follow up all the latest updates of Medical Seminars, Fairs & assist team to function
∎ Cater digital and Channel Partner Patient leads by tracking through calls
∎ Call patients/attendants who are interested in availing treatment abroad.
∎ Collect necessary documents from patients (reports, passport, visa copy) via calls
∎ Have continuous communication with International Team
∎ Maintain Proper Excel sheet of all new/old leads as well as corporate clients
∎ Understand patient needs and serve patient with necessary information for best treatment decision & our core services
∎ Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports of Calls generated and Number of Active, Corporate Leads generated
∎ Share all our valuable agreements for signing with Clients as Channel Partner/Corporate Partner
∎ Have the Training Modules/Training Scripts/Sales Pitch memorized by heart. Must go through the documents every day.
∎ Must have treatment segment wise/city wise doctors and hospitals memorized by heart for suggesting to patient as per treatment requirement.
∎ Place all queries through Integrated Back-End System and must have thorough knowledge on usage upon training completion.
∎ Collect all necessary documents for country-wise visa processing from clients and share with the designated team member for processing
∎ Keep up the track of upcoming corporates and patients who will avail our services
∎ Monitoring Number of Patients converted from the Call Leads.
∎ Book hotels and air tickets upon patient journey confirmation through calls
∎ Must Co-ordinate with Team Leader continuously for new updates
∎ Must be ready for multiple tasking and other challenges
∎ Follow up patients after their return from international treatment destination. Prepare a tracker of those followed up patients
∎ Be in constant communication with Resident Medical Counsellor for basic medical knowledge and stay updated with latest treatment technology.
∎ Must have ability to troubleshoot and take instant problem-solving decisions. Should be able to work under pressure as required in the health industry.
∎ Must safeguard all information of the company and the patients.
∎ Should meet quarterly KPI of patient conversion and take up added responsibilities if required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
