Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor/Master’s degree (Preferable in Marketing) from UGC approved University.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5+ Years’ experience of sales in Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals or any other relevant fields.
∎ Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation closing skills.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Customer Relations, Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, Target Oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement appropriate sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
∎ Lead and monitor sales team to implement the sales strategies, evaluate their performance and make performance improvement plan to meet revenue target.
∎ Ensure sales growth of the company and explore untapped market.
∎ Onboarding Corporate & Channel Partners to provide patients to Healthtrip.
∎ Establishing relationships with key clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Manage relevant internal and external stakeholders e.g. Travel Agents, Doctors, Consulting Firms.
∎ Analyze sales data to understand sales trends and competition.
∎ Generate and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as specified by supervisory authority.
