∎ Having sound knowledge on Tally ERP software and advance MS excel.
∎ Proven track records on VAT & TAX related works.
∎ Communication proficiency in English
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts.• Online Return (9.1) preparation and submit timely manner.• Ensure regular VAT compliance as per Government rules and law.• Preparing and ensuring timely submission of quarterly FDI report to Bank.• Preparing Monthly Financial statement.• Preparing and maintain fixed assets register with depreciation schedule.• Preparing account receivable and account payable for management.• Considering Tax & Vat laws in case of bill payment.• Preparing and posting vouchers through tally and ERP software or Spread Sheet.• Maintaining ledger through Tally & ERP or Spread Sheet.• Calculating of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan.• Preparing and timely submission of Tax & Vat Return.• Having responsible for all VAT related queries and filings in the proper way, including all VAT Book Register with practical experience.• Ensuring monthly proper TDS deduction.• Conducting Internal Audit.
