Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall marketing and production follow up, supervision and shipment of knit garments.
∎ Identify new customers and evaluate their requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain connectivity, relationship with the existing and new customers.
∎ Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of garments.
∎ Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
∎ Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
∎ Participate in buyers' meeting and customer's buying meeting
∎ Supervise team's merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery. • Provide guidance and training to the team.
∎ Work closely with the production units to ensure that the customer's requirements are interpreted and executed properly.
∎ Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories.
∎ Source material, accessories or new vendors
∎ Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
∎ Evaluate vendors' capability
∎ Keep track of vendors' performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
