∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily area-based Client & Land hunt & Client visit.
∎ Follow up Clients and Land Owners.
∎ Reach the target Clients which given by management
∎ Prepare & execute sales strategy for achieving the assigned business targets.
∎ Develop and manage sales budgets.
∎ Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Production, Business Development etc.).
∎ Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers.
∎ Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
∎ Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Proven working experience as a Developer Company.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Must experience digital Marketing in Developer Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales, Real Estate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Real Estate,
∎ Minimum 3 years in the similar position and 5 years' experience with any reputed Real Estate company
