Responsibilities & Context: - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including fee collection, Invoicing, receipts, and petty cash management
- Maintain student payment records and reconcile them with bank statements
- Generate and share monthly financial reports with management.
- Monitor due fees and follow up with students/parents for collections.
- Assist in annual audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations
- Ensure timely submission of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. (if applicable)
- Manage student admissions documentation and maintain proper filing (digital and physical)
- Coordinate daily operations of the training center, including class schedules, attendance tracking, and faculty coordination.
- Handle inventory of office and training materials.
- Ensure the smooth running of all facilities (IT, classroom infrastructure, etc.).
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote training programs
- Handle inquiries - via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media- and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain and update the institute's social media platforms and website content
- Organize and support seminars, workshops, student orientation, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials and advertising (flyers, banners, digital creatives, etc.). Conduct door-to-door visits, focus group discussions, and community meetings to raise awareness about caregiving as a career
- Maintain detailed records of mobilization activities, trainee profiles, and success stories.
- Submit regular reports to the project coordinator, including challenges, lessons learned, and feedback from the community.
