Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure final selection and enrollment of learners for BRAC institute of Skills Development.
∎ Monitor the promotional and marketing activities conducted at the field level to reinforce the learner collection process.
∎ Ensure admission fees from learners are collected and all due are paid before certification.
∎ Regularly monitor learner attendance, preventing learner dropouts and ensuring graduation.
∎ Regularly monitor the day to day activities of Marketing Associates at the field level.
∎ Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates having 01 year of marketing experience will get preference.
∎ Skills in implementing marketing activities at the field level.
∎ Sound communication and negotiation skills.
