Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct promotional activities to support the learner recruitment process.
∎ Ensure the final selection and enrollment of learners for BRAC Institute of Skills Development.
∎ Monitor students’ attendance, prevent dropouts, and ensure regular graduation.
∎ Oversee day-to-day activities at the field level.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per project requirements.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some work experience in promoting skills development opportunities and mobilizing targeted communities will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
