∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Job is target driven which focuses on building a dynamic deposit mobilization team to achieve the deposit mobilization team and individual targets. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent sales & marketing skills and proven relationship management skills. The candidate must have sufficient understanding about the industry and the market in order to conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products which include product development, formulate pricing strategy, product guidelines, branding and marketing plans with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of CVC Finance Limited through mobilization of the said products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build a professional Deposit Mobilization Sales Team to achieve organizational deposit target through mobilization of existing deposit products.
∎ Mentoring the team to achieve its business target and to ensure excellent customer services.
∎ Design, develop, launch & strategic implementation of new product offerings (to include bulk local and Foreign deposits from Bangladeshi & Non Resident customers), Third Party products and Assets.
∎ Conceptualization / Ideation of new liability product offerings vis-a-vis the market dynamics & the competition offerings.
∎ Develop product policy guidelines for each individual products and ensure the standard operating procedures are maintained in all areas of operation.
∎ Complementing portfolio rationalization strategies and initiatives to increase fee, float & profitability for the Liability product offerings.
∎ Ensuring seamless co-ordination with various groups like Business Intelligence, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance & Legal for complete product execution cycle.
∎ Act as the BAMELCO of the company and train the appropriate parties with the up to date policies of AMLCFT.
∎ Studying and recommending appropriate software and IT applications for the business vertical.
∎ Developing Pricing framework for the new product offerings so as to make it transparent, fair and competitive
∎ Guide the Management for the better and prospective branding strategy.
∎ Developing Standard Operating Processes related to operational risk, compliance and KYC framework as per requirement of Regulatory bodies & authorities for the business
∎ Maintaining formal and informal contacts with stakeholders like other Regulatory bodies & authorities in Bangladesh (BB, Election commission, BLFCA)) to keep track of market trends and trade practices that impact financial goals
∎ Maintaining good Business Relationship with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Maintain Core Banking Software and other existing MIS and IT applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in a similar role in a Financial Institution / Bank is essential
∎ At least 10-12 years' experience related to Liability products / Deposit operation of Bank/NBFI.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Liability Sales, Deposit Management, Fund Management
∎ Experience of working in a similar role in a Financial Institution / Bank
∎ Self-Driven with an ability to be creative, innovative, solution oriented
∎ Able to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Proven Leadership Skills
∎ Proven Sales and Marketing Skills
∎ Excellent Relationship Management Skills
∎ Must be good in Financial Management
∎ Reasonable experience in Product Development Management
∎ Customer portfolio management responsibility
∎ Strong interpersonal relationships and commercial flair
∎ Excellent analytical skills & capabilities
∎ Capable of working out alternatives in the interest of mitigating risk for the company
∎ Team player with goal orientation.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
