Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age 30 to 45 years

• 5-10 years experience for a Manager & 10-12 years experience for Sr. Manager position.

• Certification in Quality Management System, Color Science and testing standards.

• Stress tolerance, Strong sense of responsibility.

• Spearhead the employee of Quality Assurance team to work closely with brands like H&M, Inditex, M&S to meet the technical specification.

• Strong knowledge of Dyeing process, chemicals, dyestuff, testing methods, and other quality standard requirements

• Sets parameter for various fabric and fix SOP (appropriate yarn count as well as appropriate parameters & machine set up according to fabrics properties) based on fabric type

• Controls dia, shrinkage & GSM in greige fabric stage to achieve right quality

• Ensures stability of elastane fabric and design fabric

• Gives prompt decision in most critical cases regarding fabric technical & quality issues

• Proposes proper selection method of raw materials (yarn, elastane, fiber etc.)

• Develops new fabrics as per buyer requirements

• Ensures transparency in documentation

• Ensures utilization of in-house machines

• Ensures time-line is met against each order (yarn purchase date, knitting start and end date, fabric delivery date etc.)

• Responsible for driving the production plan

• Ensure to achieve the daily target set by the industrial Engineering (IE)

• Train, motivate & supervise the production team to meet the objectives.

• Should coordinate with merchandising, technical and quality team to achieve the set goals of production, quality and on time shipments.
