Responsibilities & Context:

1. Oversee overall financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS and local laws

2. Manage production costing (yarn, dyeing, utilities) and conduct variance analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions

3. Control cash flow and working capital, and maintain strong banking relationships including handling LC, back-to-back LC, and export-import finance

4. Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements, and handle audits (internal, external, and buyer-related)

5. Monitor inventory, WIP, and fixed assets, ensuring proper valuation and control

6. Implement and manage ERP/accounting systems for accurate and timely financial data

7. Provide strategic financial insights and reports to top management for decision-making

8. Lead and develop the finance & accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
