Experience:
Master`s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications (CIPS, CPIM) will be given preference.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and MS Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain, contract law, and procurement best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local and international procurement, supply chain, and logistics.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Senior Manager (Procurement) to join our team to lead and oversee all procurement activities and contribute to the continued growth and success of our operations.
Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with our company`s overall objectives, ensuring cost-effective, timely acquisition of goods and services.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing competitive pricing.
Stay current on industry trends, market prices, and supplier developments to ensure procurement decisions are based on accurate, up-to-date information.
Drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring the consistent quality of materials and services.
Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Collaborate with inventory and production teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and minimise stockouts or overstock situations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare regular procurement reports and analysis for senior management.
Assess and manage procurement-related risks, developing strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers, managing terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the company.
Evaluate and introduce new procurement technologies, software, or processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and data analysis.
Any other task assigned by management.
