Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units by offering HR insights and solutions.
Facilitate workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training modules tailored to various levels and departments.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments, and refine programs accordingly.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions, ensuring quality hires within stipulated timelines.
Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including department heads, team leads, and senior management.
Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to various directors and top management.
