∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B.Sc. Engineer in EEE, CSE, ETE,ECE,Applied Physics, Electronic Engineering or related field from a recognized university.

∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assumes project management from concept to implementation phase for telecommunications initiatives, routine inspection and audit of service standards to maintain the highest quality of service assigned regional area. (Barishal division including Shariatpur, Madaripur, Faridpur & Rajbari)
∎ Supervise team for the emergency or regular maintenance and 24 hr support purpose all active and passive related issue GP site.
∎ Analyze regional employees’ performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results.
∎ Conducts assessments of customers and employees in order to provide input in planning for long-term and short-term services
∎ Conduct and attend zonal meetings with customer & own employee.
∎ Analyze Opex and Capex and prepare budget for over the year of regional area.
∎ Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Routine inspection and audit of service standards to maintain the highest quality of service.
∎ Prepare budget for over the year assigned regional area.
∎ Prepares required telecommunication reports of assigned area.
∎ Answer operational questions and issues from customer and HO.
∎ Responsible for overall performance of assigned area.
∎ Arrange regular team meeting to keep motivate team members to make business profitable and sustainable.
∎ Arrange sourcing of Telecom and other spare as per company requirement.
∎ Supervise all GP AC & solar sites under Khulna & Chittagong circle and accumulate necessary data.
∎ Performs other related work.
