Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate in any discipline preferable in business background from any reupdated institute.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in Tele Calling/Call Centre/customer care/Tele Marketing.
• Should be able to handle telephone inquiries independently.
• Must have good pronunciation and decent communication skills.
• Fluent in writing and speaking in both Bangla and English.
• Incumbents should have expertise in MS Office like MS Words, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
• The incumbents must be willing to work under pressure.
• The incumbents must have patience, positive approach for dealing with Customers.
• Expertise in Software application (ERP like Oracle/Tally/IFS/Syspro/Odoo/Netsuite etc) will be given preference.

• Closely monitor and follow up monthly credit installment as per customer file.
• Achieving the monthly collection target in liaison with concerned Customers, Territory In-charges and Regional In-charges.
• Should have good communicating Skill to handle the customers especially overdue Customers.
• Maintaining customer complaints on Excel Sheet/ ERP (Software application) and inform the concerned authority to solve the problem on priority basis.
• Record maintaining & reporting.
• Liaison with other stakeholders.
• Any other job as assigned by the management.
