Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the initial planning and dimensioning of power infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with operational goals and targets.
∎ Leading the finalization of project requirements, ensuring effective planning for the timely execution of power infrastructure projects.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource use and ensure efficient investments in power infrastructure.
∎ Facilitating meetings with customers to resolve disputes, align on design changes, and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders.
∎ Monitoring and tracking the inventory of power infrastructure resources, oversee the installation process, and drive optimization efforts to enhance performance and reliability.
∎ Validating KPI and SLA reports, conduct thorough fact-finding investigations, and develop solutions to address any performance discrepancies or issues.
∎ Conducting random site visits to assess the proper implementation of infrastructure resources, identify challenges, and provide actionable recommendations.
∎ Organizing and leading technical training programs for teams to ensure the proper utilization, management, and maintenance of infrastructure resources.
∎ Analyzing current battery backup performance and propose innovative solutions to enhance backup capacity and overall power reliability.
∎ Investigating power equipment faults, identify root causes, and provide actionable solutions to decrease power faults and improve overall system stability.
