8-12 years of work experience in the field of sales with 3-5 years in leadership role
Working experience in Cement/Steel sector will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Chattogram Region
Monitor, supervise and guide the team properly
Collect sufficient data for market analysis
Collect customer feedback & provide necessary support
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Continuously work on developing new channel
Regular follow-up with Existing/Potential Customers
Regular market visit, Client hunt, Create market opportunity
Make presentation to the potential customers
Prepare report as required by the management
Implement any other assignment given by the management from time to time
