∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource Management, Human Resources Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Support a performance driven culture throughout the organization. Assist in implementation of performance management process.
∎ Support to implement development plan for high performers and performance improvement plan (PIP) for non-performers.
∎ Assist to implement succession planning process and development plan within organization.
∎ Identify critical positions and ensure development pans.
∎ Conduct the recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) program and initiatives to attract potential candidates.
∎ To prepare, update HR Handbook on company information, policies, practices and functional description for the new comers and existing manpower.
