Professional preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in Strategic Sourcing and Product Management (PMD) within the Pharma Raw Materials, API, and Excipient sectors.
Communication Mastery: Excellent command of English (Speaking, Writing, and Listening). You must be comfortable managing extensive correspondence and calls with overseas principals.
Digital Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills; experience with enterprise software (ERP/CRM) is a plus.

The Strategic Sourcing & PMD (Product Management Dept.) professional will be responsible for identifying global sourcing opportunities, managing principal relationships, and providing technical/commercial support to ensure the seamless supply of APIs, Excipients, and Healthcare items.
Global Sourcing & Communication: Develop and maintain high-quality sources for pharmaceutical products via virtual platforms (Email, Skype, QQ, etc.).
Principal Management: Act as the primary liaison with overseas manufacturers/suppliers to secure samples, technical documentation, and competitive pricing based on customer needs.
Project Monitoring: Maintain detailed reports on requirement lists, sample submissions, development status, and commercial order tracking.
Technical Support: Address and resolve quality-related issues or technical document complaints regarding commercial consignments.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies for new APIs, Excipients, and specialized Healthcare items.
Project Execution: Assist the Manager in planning and executing project life-cycles through innovative market research and data-driven insights.
Client Relationship Management: Work closely with customers using a technical consultative sales approach to foster long-term partnerships and ensure service effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret market/operational data to perform comparative analyses for departmental decision-making.
Commercial Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities align with standard commercial processes and regulatory requirements.
