Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the cutting department for footwear production.
Ensure precise and efficient cutting of leather/synthetic materials as per design and production specifications.
Supervise and guide cutting team members to ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
Collaborate with design, sample, and production teams to ensure feasibility and consistency.
Implement and monitor SOPs, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Ensure minimal material wastage through effective planning and execution.
Maintain and troubleshoot cutting machinery and tools to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Train and mentor junior staff and cutting operators.
Prepare production reports and provide feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
